タイトルはHOW TO 緊縛とありますが、細かく縛り方を説明する作品ではありませんでした。
篠田ゆうさんが淡々と縛られてそれをじっくり眺める作品です。
最初は篠田さんが明るく戯けたような感じで進むのですが、途中からはうるさいということで猿轡を噛ますのですが個人的には明るい雰囲気の篠田さんが好きなので喋りながらの方が良かったかな
